We leave towards Isla Contoy on a speed boat at 9 am reaching the reef barrier, inside the Contoy`s natural reserve, 40 min after. There we will stop for 40 min to snorkel this amazing crystal waters full of colorful coral and fish.
Afterwards we will get off the boat on the Isla Contoy for an ecological tour, to admire the natural beauty of this paradisiacal island.
A 30 min walk (optional), a visit to the local museum (optional), go up the viewpoint and watch the amazing landscape (optional), and to finish, a incursion on the pristine lagoon, home for the 140 different bird species living on the island (optional)
Finished the ecological tour we will have lunch on the beautiful sandy beach of Isla Contoy.
Lunch included:
Grilled Fresh fish and chicken, Salad, bread, guacamole and season fruits
To drink we have bottled water, soft drinks and beer.
After lunch we will take a rest for 1.30 hours. Clients can either tan on the beach, snorkel on the reef, take a walk through nature, or play with friendly rays.
Right after, the trip continues on the picturesque "Isla Mujeres", where we will descend for a 1 hour walk through downtown Isla Mujeres. (cheap shopping)
We will be back to Punta Sam around 3:30pm.
